The Woodbury Public Library offers a number of fun and
educational children's programs.
Our children's program coordinator Audra Bonfiglio ("Mrs. B") will conduct a variety of children's programming throughout
the year. Please call the library at (856) 845-2611 for more information, or to
sign up for any of our programs!
Winter Children's Programs


Winter's
here -- let the fun begin! Even though it's cold outside, it's warm in the
library. Come in and hear stories about animals that hibernate, snowmen,
penguins, Valentine's Day and lots more.
Children ages 3 to 5 can choose to come
on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm or Thursdays at 11:00 am.

Children
ages 6 to 12 will meet on Wednesdays at 3:30 pm. groups:
These programs are free, and residency is not required. Come
out and meet Mrs. B., for stories, songs, crafts, snacks and lots of FUN! To
sign up, just stop at the library's circulation desk, or call us at
856-845-2611. If you'd like more information about our children's programs and what we'll
be doing each week, pick up a flyer at the desk.
Childen's Theater Presentation: If You Give a Mouse
A Cookie

As part of the New Jersey Theatre Alliance's The Stages Festival and Family
Week at the Theatre, Centenary Stage will be here with a live performance of the
beloved Laura Numeroff book If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. It has been
adapted for the stage by Jody Davidson and is an adventurous, fun-filled
performance appropriate for ages pre-K through 5th grade. Join the FREE fun at
the library on March 21st at 3:30 PM! Please sign up by calling (856) 845-2611,
or stop at the Circulation Desk the next time you're in the library. The Monday Thing

The
Monday Thing after-school group is back! Students in grades 6 through 12 are
invited to join Miss Jess on the 1st, 3rd and 4th Monday of each month. What the
heck - when there's a 5th Monday, let's meet then too! (On the 2nd Monday of the
month we do a YA Book Discussion group; see below.) We'll be in the 2nd floor
activity room of the library from 3 to 5 PM. This program involves
games, crafts, gardening, reading, writing poems and stories, movies, snacks,
cooking, and whatever else we feel like getting into. To keep up with what's

YA Book Discussion Group

Our
new Young Adult Book Discussion group for kids in 9th through 12th grades will
meet at 3:30 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. We'll provide the books and
refreshments. Join us!
