Reference and Online Resources
Updated August 10, 2010

The Woodbury Public Library is a member of LOGIN, a consortium of public and academic libraries mostly located in Gloucester County. Our unified catalog indexes more than 800,000 items available at 20 libraries. You can locate material here or at any of our member libraries, place holds on items, view your own patron record, and request renewals using the LOGIN Catalog. For more information about the LOGIN consortium, see our LOGIN page.

If you're a Woodbury Public Library cardholder and can’t find what you need in the LOGIN catalog, you can use the JerseyCat catalog to request material via Interlibrary Loan. JerseyCat includes the collections of almost all of New Jersey's public libraries, as well as many colleges, universities and schools. You may place your Interlibrary loan requests online through JerseyCat, or by calling the library at (856) 845-2611.

Important: Please search the LOGIN Catalog before requesting items through JerseyCat. Jersey-Cat should only be used to request materials that are not available through LOGIN. In order to be eligible to use this service, you must have a valid Woodbury Public Library, card and be a borrower in good standing. If your card was issued by another LOGIN library, please arrange your Interlibrary Loans through that library.

Be sure to include your name, phone number and library card barcode number on the online JerseyCat ILL request form to avoid any delay in processing your request. The library will contact you by phone when your items arrive.

For help with JerseyCat, or for any other interlibrary loan assistance, please call the Woodbury Public Library at (856) 845-2611.

  • Are you constantly trying to keep track of what you – or your kids -- have checked out at the library?  Do you hate paying fines because you forgot when your material was due? Would you like an email or text-message alert when an item you put on hold becomes available? If so, the free services of Library ELF can help! Woodbury Library cardholders can click here to sign up, or for more information, see our Library Elf page.

  • BookMyne : Free iPhone App

If you’re an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch user you might be interested in a new free app called BookMyne. SirisiDynix, whose software powers our LOGIN Library circulation system and online catalog, recently introduced the BookMyne app for iPhone. With it you can use your phone or mobile device to easily search the catalog, place holds, view your checkouts, renew your material and more. When you’re out and about it will even use your phone’s GPS to help you find LOGIN libraries close to your current location. You can install BookMyne for free through iTunes or via the App Store. For more information visit the BookMyne website or inquire at our Reference Desk.
