Summer Reading Program

 

Programs run for 6 weeks. Complete the summer reading challenges for prizes!

No registration required! Free and open to all children regardless of residency!

 

Toddler Time: Tuesdays at 11 am. Ages 18 mos. to 3 yrs., starts July 11

7/11: Construction zone; 7/18: Tool time; 7/25: All around the town; 8/1: The three little pigs; 8/8: Nature discovery.

 Story Time:  Wednesdays at 1 pm. Ages 3 to 5, starts July 5

7/5: Let’s build a house; 7/12: Construction zone; 7/19: Measure up; 7/26: The doctor is in; 8/2: The three little pigs; 8/9: Neighborhood nature.

Crafternoon: Wednesdays at 3:30 pm. Ages 5 to 9, starts July 5        

7/5: Tower power; 7/12: Conserve & protect; 7/19: Tiny towns; 7/26: Hooray for inventors; 8/2: Straw, sticks, and bricks; 8/9: Pieces of nature.

‘Tween Time: Thursdays at 1 pm. Ages 9 to 12, starts July 6

7/6: Local artist Jacqualynn Knight; 7/13: Game On! with board games and Wii. 7/20: Young Rembrandts Drawing Class with local artist Robin Steward; 7/27: Happy Birthday Harry Potter!; 8/3: Yoga for ‘Tweens with the Gloucester county 4H Youth Program of Rutgers! Wear comfortable clothing; 8/10: Perler Bead Craft: Craft some of your favorite characters or create your own designs.

Terrific Tuesdays: Tuesdays at 2 pm. Ages 3 and up, starts July 11

7/11: Housel Fun & Fitness; 7/18: Silly Joe Sings; 7/25: Fur, Feathers & Scales; 8/1: Alex and the Kaleidoscope; 8/8: South Pacific Island Dancers

Summer Movie Club for Kids: Thursdays at 3 pm. Starts July 6

7/6: Sing; 7/13: Moana; 7/20: LEGO Batman; 7/27: Storks; 8/3: Secret Life of Pets; 8/10: Finding Dory
